Camping Le Soline is located in Casciano di Murlo, south of Siena.

• The camping site is arranged in terraces with the reception / bar / restaurant / pool area on the top terrace and then lots of other terraces for camping. The view from the top terrace  towards the countryside is awesome!
• The atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet and the site is generally very spacious. As there is a road in each terrace, you cannot get surrounded by other campers easily, only to the sides.
• The deeper you go into the site, the more private space you will get. For campers with tents there are some really cool spots deep down in the valley.
• The pool (25 meters) is nicely maintained and open from 9 to midnight. For early swimmers it would be nice to have it open a bit earlier but the late opening is also quite nice. There is also a hot whirlpool.
• The bar has all kinds of drinks, excellent espresso and a bit of breakfast stuff. The little market carries only the most basic stuff.
• In the village (about 15 minutes walking) you will find a supermarket and also a nifty store that holds various things from flowers to tools.
• La Taverna di Casciano offers excellent food for a really fair price – mind the opening hours!
• The personnel is generally very friendly, helpful and up for jokes ;).
• The facilities are ok but could be a bit cleaner. Hooks or stuff where you can hang things are lacking a bit. In the showers, the water does not run off very well and there are also no hooks within the shower cabin, only outside.
• The camper service area is located a bit unconveniently on a slope – you have to maneuver a bit to get in / out.
• There’s a fairly large playing field for football or other games.
• Events like pilates sessions, excursions or tournaments are organized regularly.
• The Internet connection is quite good, even on the camp site. During the stay the connection was bad for a few days, but after some maintenance, it was up again.
